I live in the Dordogne area of France where my husband and I moved to from Somerset in 2005 when we took early retirement. We love our life here and have made many new friends of several nationalities. Our French is gradually improving and this year (2008) I have been elected onto our local council which I find a great honour. Can't always understand what they are saying at the meetings but just hope I don't miss anything really important! I love all types of crafting and I teach a quilling class once a month here just as I did in the UK.
